Authorities say a man was killed when his tractor-trailer rolled after hitting a cow south of Roggen. The Greeley Tribune reports 41-year-old Scott Neal, of Brighton, hit the cow on Colorado 52 near Weld County Road 85 at about 6:30 a.m. Thursday. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Neal's death marks the seventh traffic-related fatality this month and the 42nd on Weld County roads this year. The Colorado State Patrol is investigating.
