Oil City, PA : A Franklin man was injured in a single-vehicle accident on May, Thursday 4th 2017

A Franklin man was injured in a single-vehicle accident on Thursday morning in Sugarcreek Borough, according to state police in Franklin.

Larry Vannell, 23, of Franklin, was traveling south on Allegheny Boulevard in a 2016 Dodge Dart when his vehicle struck a utility pole on the west side of the road at 6:20 a.m., police said. The vehicle continued moving and struck a tree before coming to a rest.
