Cherry Hill, N.J : 2 dead in 6-vehicle Oaklyn crash on Friday, March 10, 2017
Two people have died following a six-vehicle crash here Friday, police confirmed Saturday afternoon.
The victims — whose identities and gender were not yet made public — were involved in an accident about 6:25 p.m. on the White Horse Pike near Cuthbert Boulevard, according to Oaklyn police.
The Camden County Prosecutor's Office said in a news statement Saturday two of the victims had died and three remained hospitalized.
All five people had been taken to Cooper University Hospital following the crash.
Police had initially said four people were injured in the pile-up. The details of the crash have not been released.
The accident is under investigation by borough police and the Camden County Prosecutor's Office.
