Marathon County, WI : 64-year-old driver injured after a School bus crashes into truck in Kronenwetter on Tuesday, October 18, 2016

A 64-year-old driver had minor injuries after she collided with a empty school bus in Kronenwetter.

A 69-year-old bus driver was traveling eastbound on Kowalski Road around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday when he didn't yield at a stop sign, said Kronenwetter Police Lt. Terry McHugh. A woman driving a pick-up truck northbound on County Road X then hit the bus when she went through the intersection, McHugh said.

The bus didn't have any children in it at the time of the crash, McHugh said. The bus driver was not injured, but he did receive a citation for failing to yield, McHugh said.
