Greene County, PA : 51-year-old woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Route 188 in Morgan early Monday morning, Appil 18, 2016

A 51-year-old woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash resulting from an unspecified medical emergency early Monday morning.

State police said Darla Lynne Bricker, of Mather, was traveling westbound on Route 188 in Morgan, Greene County, when around 4:30 a.m. she apparently experienced a medical emergency that state police didn’t describe. Her vehicle crossed the roadway and stopped against a wooden fence but then traveled through the fence, down a hill and 300 feet through a field before striking head-on into a utility pole.

Greene County coroner Greg Rohanna pronounced Ms. Bricker dead at the scene, with the cause of death pending an autopsy.
