LEXINGTON, KY : One facing DUI charge after crash on Sunday, 20th October 2024

A person faces a DUI charge after a crash in Lexington.

Police were called to Todds Road at 6:30 a.m. Monday after a single-car crash.

They say that when they arrived, they found that the driver of the car was injured.

Police say that while the driver was taken to the hospital, those injuries were described as non-life-threatening.

The driver was arrested on the scene.
