One dead in North Austin crash

A man is dead following an accident in Northwest Austin.

Officers say a car collided with a concrete barrier shortly before 5:00 this morning. One man was pinned inside the vehicle and was pronounced dead on the scene.

The southbound 183 frontage road and the on-ramp is closed as officers investigate.
