California Legislators kill fracking moratorium under oil industry pressure - Bay Area Indymedia

This is it for now, until California's water shortage becomes intolerable, or there's a fracking accident that can't be ignored, or an earthquake of mega proportions hits with it's epicenter at a fracking point.
