Milville ,CA: Two people killed and two others injured after Crash along Hwy 44 on Saturday ,june 20th 2015

A crash killed two people Saturday night on Highway 44 near Oak Terrace Lane in Millville, the California Highway Patrol said.

The crash was reported shortly after 10 p.m.

The driver in one car was trapped, while a woman in the other vehicle wasn't breathing, according to scanner traffic right after the crash. A third person who survived was a 38-year-old man who was driving. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

The female victim has been identified by the CHP today as Thomasina Moore, 37, of Shingletown.

The other victim was a 22-year-old male from Davis who's identity hasn't been released yet, officers said.

According to the CHP, the 22-year-old was driving a 2002 Toyota Camry westbound on 44 east of Oak Terrace Lane when he crossed into the path of a 2007 jeep driven by 38-year-old Ashley Whitley, of Shingletown.
