Otter Tail County ,MN : One person injured after head-on collision in Otter Tail County on Friday ,July 31st 2015

One person was hurt in a head-on collision Friday afternoon east of Underwood.

According to the State Patrol, a 2014 Honda CRV was eastbound on Highway 210 when it crossed the center line, striking a 2015 Dodge Ram, which was westbound.

A tire came off the Dodge and hit a 2013 Buick Enclave.

The driver of the Honda, Richard S. Collins, 33, of Fort Mohave, Ariz., suffered non-life-threatening injuries. He was transported to Lake Region Hospital in Fergus Falls. No other injuries were reported.

The driver of the Ram was Merwin R. Carlson, 58, of Edgeley, N.D.

The driver of the Buick was Tjaden A. Anderson, 15, of West Fargo.

The crash occurred at 3:54 p.m. on dry pavement.

The State Patrol was assisted at the scene by Underwood Fire and Rescue, Ringdahl Ambulance, and the Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office.
