West Valley City, UT : Man died in a single-car rollover accident in West Valley on Saturday, January 16, 2016

Authorities have identified the man who died after his vehicle struck several poles and rolled over in West Valley.

The Deseret News reports that police say 26-year-old Joshua Pulido was ejected from the vehicle in the Saturday morning crash.

Police had responded to a report about an upside-down vehicle in a roadway and arrived to find Pulido several dozen feet from the car.

Police say it appears Pulido had been heading east when his car veered into westbound lanes.

The car then went up on the shoulder, struck a fence and several poles, and then rolled.

Police are investigating whether impairment or speed contributed to the crash.
