SHASTA COUNTY, CA : 2 people transported to a hospital following a 3-car crash in Shasta County on Monday, 6th May 2024

Two people were injured and transported to a local hospital following a three-car crash on Monday, the California Highway Patrol said.

The CHP told Action News Now that they received a call at about 5:14 p.m. about a three-car crash on Eureka Way and Lower Spring Roads.

Three cars were involved, and it looked like it was a domino effect, the CHP said.

The two people taken to the hospital were the only occupants in a Toyota Tundra that was involved in the crash, the CHP said. The injuries of the people injured are unknown at this time.

Neither alcohol nor drugs are suspected factors in this crash, the CHP said.
