LONGVIEW, TX : Car crashes into Longview home at a home 1301 Regina street in Longview on Saturday, 28th July 2018

A very abrupt and unexpected interruption for one East Texas family, as a car comes plowing through their front wall.

It happened around 12:30 Saturday at a home 1301 Regina street in Longview.

The Horton family was home at the time that the vehicle slammed into the front wall.

Witnesses say an elderly couple had just finished shopping at a garage sale across the street, and we're leaving when the gas pedal became stuck, speeding them in circles and then into the neighboring home.

Those inside the home had a narrow escape.

No one was injured.
