Melville, NY : Pickup driver critical after Fort Salonga crash on Thursday morning, August 18, 2016

Police are investigating a one-vehicle crash Thursday morning in Fort Salonga that left the driver critically injured.

Samuel Luby, 46, of Northport, was driving a 2016 Dodge pickup west on Fort Salonga Road at about 7:55 a.m. when he lost control and his truck hit a tree west of Makamah Road, Suffolk County police said.
