West Chester Township ,OH : Four utility workers injured after car crashed into their truck near Liberty way on Wednesday ,April 22 2015
West Chester Township police have identified the utility workers hurt Wednesday afternoon when a car crashed into their truck on Cox Road.
Investigators said Michele Schuster, 23, was headed north on Cox Road near Liberty Way when her car crossed the centerline and hit a bucket truck and four workers standing next to it.
The workers who were next to the truck were:
Tiffanie McCants, 35, of Cincinnati
Billy Moore, 47, of Hustonville, Ky.
Joseph Olephant, 53, of Sonora, Ky.
Amber Marie Rooks, 24, of Norwood, Ohio
All of the workers were taken to West Chester Hospital for treatment; their conditions weren't available Thursday.
Also, Blake Patton, 22, of Cleves, Ohio, was in the truck's bucket when the wreck happened. West Chester police said he was taken from the scene in an ambulance about 45 minutes after the crash.
Schuster was also injured.
