Athens, GA : Bogart man killed in motorcycle wreck at the intersection of Jefferson Road and Jefferson River Road on Thursday, 15th August 2019

A Bogart man was killed Thursday in Athens when his motorcycle collided with other vehicles, according to Athens-Clarke police.

Police said Christopher Kurian, 22, died at the scene of the wreck at the intersection of Jefferson Road and Jefferson River Road.

The wreck occurred about 5:40 p.m. and involved four vehicles, police spokesman Geoff Gilland said Friday.

The motorcycle was traveling south on Jefferson Road when it was struck and ejected the driver, according to Gilland.
