MILWAUKEE, WI : 17-year-old pedestrian dead after accident near 77th and Appleton on Friday, 29th December 2023

The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a fatal accident on Friday, Dec. 29.

The accident happened around 5:10 p.m., near 77th and Appleton. The 17-year-old was struck by a black SUV traveling west, according to police.

The 17-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 41-year-old driver remained on scene.
