1 dead, 2 injured in fatal auto accident in NYC

NEW YORK AP - New York City police say a Brooklyn man was killed when the car he was driving struck a tree. Two passengers inside the 2001 Lexus suffered injuries in the early Sunday morning accident. They were taken to an area hospital where they were listed in stable condition.
