An Alburgh man crashed his car last night while trying to out run police. Neil Bannister, 47, rolled his car on Boutah Road in Alburgh. Swanton police say that was the end of a chase that began when they tried to stop Bannister for speeding. Bannister suffered minor injuries in the crash. He now faces charges for attempting to elude.
