Chester, NY : Northern Pennsylvania woman has died from a crash on Route 8 on Freiday September 19th 2014

The Warren County Sheriff's Office says a northern Pennsylvania woman has died from a crash on Route 8 in Chester. Police say the woman's husband, was driving the vehicle and failed to yield the right of way to a pick up truck. That truck then hit the car, heavily damaging both vehicles.
