TOLLESON, AZ : Car driver dead following crash involving semi Tolleson PD on Friday, 28th April 2023

A 19-year-old woman was killed in a crash involving a semi truck in Tolleson on Friday night.

The crash happened in the area of 83rd Avenue and Buckeye Road just before 9 p.m.

A semi was hauling a trailer when it stopped at a red light at the intersection. A passenger car failed to stop for the light and slammed into the trailer, police said.
