Sunnyvale , TX : 61 - Years old Audy Kevin Tankersley arrested after woman killed in two vehicle crash caused by him on Tuesday ,June 9th 2015

Audy Kevin Tankersley, 61 of Blossom, who was involved in two crashes on Tuesday, one of which left a Blossom woman dead, has been arrested, according to Mark Tackett, information officer with the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Tankersley was arrested earlier this afternoon in Plano on a warrant for failure to stop and render aid from the first crash he caused at Sun Valley on U.S. 82 East, Tackett said.
