QUEENSBURY, NY : Hudson Falls teen charged after hit-and-run crash on Quaker Road in Queensbury on Sunday, 19th August 2018

A Hudson Falls teen was charged with driving while intoxicated and lesser charges after a Sunday morning hit-and-run crash in a convenience store parking lot, police records show.Neil A. Kiernan, 19, was arrested about a half-hour after a 7:55 a.m. accident at the parking lot of Speedway on Quaker Road in Queensbury, according to State Police.
