Norfolk, VA : All northbound I-664 lanes open after multi-vehicle crash on May, Wednesday 10th 2017

All northbound lanes on Interstate 664 have reopened after a multi-vehicle crash closed them for 10 minutes, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.

Drivers should expect delays.
