West Monroe, LA : Man dies from injuries suffered in one car accident on La. Highway 143 near West Monroe on Tuesday, October 21, 2014

State police say a Monroe man died when his car ran off the road into a ditch and overturned. The accident happened Tuesday on Louisiana Highway 143 near West Monroe. Senior Trooper Michael Reichardt says 32-year-old Jason Jones of Monroe was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from his car He says Jones was taken to Glenwood Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
