TUCSON, AZ : Motorcyclist seriously hurt in Sierra Vista crash on Thursday, 21st March 2024

A serious crash involving a motorcycle sent the driver to the hospital with serious injuries.

Sierra Vista Police say the crash happened this morning, March 21, on Avenida Del Sol.

Police say the motorcyclist rear-ended an SUV waiting to make a left turn onto Desert Shadows Drive.

The motorcyclist sustained severe injuries and was transported to Canyon Vista Medical Center and later airlifted to a hospital in Tucson for treatment.
