Willows, CA: 11-year-old killed in I-5 crash near Willows on Sunday, July 19th 2015

An 11-year-old girl was killed in rollover crash on Interstate 5 south of Willows Sunday evening.California Highway Patrol Investigators say Joselina Garcia, of Sacramento was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the SUV she was riding in.The driver lost control at 70 miles per hour, when the tread on one of the rear wheels became separated from the tire casing.The Toyota Four-Runner then rolled several times and came to rest in a mud filled ditch.Four other passengers suffered minor injuries.
