HarlAn, KY : Man killed in crash with dump truck in Harlan County on Wednesday, November 5, 2014

A Kentucky man was killed Wednesday morning when he vehicle rear ended a dump truck in Harlan County. Kentucky State Police say a 1992 Toyota Camry driven by Delbert Boggs, 38, crashed into the back of a 1989 Mack truck driven by Charles Puryear, 65, on U.S. 119 around 5:40 a.m. Boggs was taken to Harlan ARH where he was pronounced dead.
