Police have charged a Manchester man with driving under the influence of drugs after he allegedly shot up heroin before crashing into a parked tractor-trailer.
After the crash, Manchester traffic investigators determined Langill injected heroin shortly before hitting the truck.
Langill was charged at the hospital, where he is expected to remain for several days. He was released on $10,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 13
