Man died in a truck crash in Dalton Georgia

A 56-year-old Dalton, Ga., man died in a crash on Interstate 75 in Bartow County on Tuesday morning.The Georgia State Patrol is seeking to locate the driver of a maroon or purple Ford F350 with wooden sideboards that was traveling behind the Jeep Wrangler driven by Martin Bryan Erwin at the time of the wreck.Anyone with information is asked to call 706-624-1484.
The Jeep left the roadway at 6:35 a.m. and struck a tree.The patrol said the truck had black plastic covering an item in the bed of the truck.
