Woman charged in deadly hit-and-run, according to troopers

South Carolina Highway Patrol troopers have charged a woman after a deadly hit-and-run in Spartanburg overnight. Troopers, fire and EMS crews responded to the area of Lake Forest Drive at Torino Drive at 4:30 a.m. Troopers said a pedestrian died in the hit-and-run.
