KENTON, OH : Fatal crash reported in Hardin County on Saturday, 10th March 2018
Hardin County authorities are investigating a two-vehicle crash late Saturday that killed a rural Ridgeville man at an intersection south of Kenton.
Killed in the 11:54 p.m. crash was the driver of one vehicle, Brian Ansley, no age available, according to the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The second driver, a male juvenile whose name was not released by the sheriff’s office, was transported to Lima Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash, which remained under investigation Sunday, was reported at the intersection of Ohio 292 and Hardin County 180, south of Kenton.
Additional details about the crash were not available Sunday.
Assisting at the accident scene were the Multi County Crash Investigation Team, Kenton Fire Department, BKP Ambulance District, Hardin County Coroner’s Office, Logan County Sheriff’s Office and Minic’s Towing.
