AIRWAY HEIGHTS, WA : Vehicle versus pedestrian crash closes eastbound US 2 on Monday, 16th October 2023

The road is now reopened.A vehicle versus pedestrian crash has closed eastbound lanes of US 2 near South Craig Road.
The victim was transported to the hospital with serious injuries, according to Washington State Patrol (WSP). WSP said the driver remained on scene and is cooperating with police.
The Spokane County Sheriffs Office and Airway Heights Police are on the scene monitoring and directing traffic. The WSP primary is also on scene.
