Alleged victim in O'Connell case killed in car crash

The alleged victim in the statutory rape case against Quincy developer William O'™Connell is dead. Police sources say Rebecca Resendez, a 17-year-old from Woburn, was the driver in a fiery early morning car crash in Malden on Tuesday.
