Minivan that crashed in North Whitehall Township, killing baby, had child safety seat, police said

One-year-old Katrina Gunkel, of Washington Township, Lehigh County, died from head injuries. Pennsylvania State Police aren't certain why she wasn't secured in the safety seat.
