A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash on Interstate 5 near SR-526 Monday afternoon.

The crash between a motorcycle and a car was reported around 2:15 p.m. in the northbound lanes of I-5 at milepost 190, the Washington State Patrol said.

Three right lanes of I-5 are blocked while deputies investigate what caused the crash.

Drivers should expect traffic delays, and use the HOV lane until the scene in cleared.
