Montgomery, AL : Jeanette Alcorn, 77, died in two-car wreck at Atlanta Highway and Taylor Road on Thursday, January 21, 2016

A Montgomery woman died after a two-vehicle crash Thursday, according to the Montgomery Police Department.

The crash happened at about 8:45 a.m. at the intersection of Atlanta Highway and Taylor Road.

The passenger of a 1992 Saturn, Jeanette Alcorn, 77, was transported to a hospital where she was pronounced dead. The driver of the Saturn suffered life-threatening injuries.

There were no injuries in the other vehicle, a Honda Accord.

The crash is under investigation.
