Stark County, OH : Motorcyclist injured in Osnaburg Township crash on Friday, August 29, 2014

The Ohio State Highway Patrol continues to investigate a serious injury motorcycle crash that occurred on Hill Church Street near the intersection of Lotz Avenue about 1:45 p.m. in Osnaburg Township. Troopers say the crash occurred when a black, 1998 Yamaha Royal Star was traveling eastbound on Hill Church Street and the driver lost control. The motorcycle overturned on its side, traveling off the right side of the road, ejecting the driver, who was not wearing a safety helmet. Troopers said William E. Carrick Sr., 73, of Carrollton, sustained serious injuries and was taken to Aultman Hospital by Osnaburg Township EMS. Source : Stark County | Motorcyclist, 73, loses control, crashes
