Albemarle, NC : Ten inmates were taken to a hospital after the bus they were on crashed along Highway 52 on Wednesday morning October 15th 2014

Ten inmates were taken to a hospital after the bus they were on crashed in Albemarle, according to officials. The wreck happened just before 8 a.m. Wednesday on Highway 52. The bus collided with three other vehicles. Police said seven inmates were being treated at Lanesboro Correctional Institute. The others went to Stanly Regional.
