Winchester,VI : Frederick highway crash causes death of unnamed victim on January, Monday 22nd 2018

A person traveling on a moped or scooter was killed Monday night in the 2700 block of Berryville Pike (Va. 7) in Frederick County, according to preliminary reports.

Virginia State Police investigated the crash but did not release any information Monday night.
