COLUMBIA, TN : Funeral being held for Columbia woman who was killed in front of children on Tuesday, 6th September 2016

Funeral services have been planned for the Columbia woman who was reportedly killed in front of her own children last week.Lacy Kelley, 20, will be honored at the Heritage Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will follow at Maury Memorial Gardens.

According to the Maury County sheriff, Kelley's ex-boyfriend used his car to ram her vehicle off the road on Thursday.

Authorities said Wiggins then grabbed Kelley and took her and the two children back to a house she was renting in Columbia.

Wiggins continued to argue with Kelley and allegedly stabbed her at some point.

Kelley was able to escape the house, leaving her two children behind. She was airlifted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she later died.

Wiggins will be charged with first-degree murder.

The two children involved in the incident were not harmed and have been placed with family members.
