Franklin, IN : Northbound I-65 south of Indianapolis reopens after crash, fire closes it for nearly 10 hours Tuesday August 11th 2015

The Indiana Department of Transportation has reopened a section of northbound Interstate 65 south of Indianapolis after a semitrailer crash and fire kept it closed for nearly 10 hours.
The northbound lanes near Franklin reopened about 4 p.m. EDT Tuesday after crews replaced about 400 feet of damaged pavement.
State police say the semitrailer erupted in flames about 6:20 a.m. after it apparently sideswiped a concrete construction barrier and ruptured a fuel tank. The driver was able to escape without injury.
INDOT says the crash and cleanup closed northbound lanes between mile markers 76 and 95.
