Three people were injured and at least one was airlifted after a car crashed into the back of a tractor-trailer Thursday night in Lexington.Authorities said it happened in the southbound lanes of US 29/70 near Winston Road at about 9 p.m. The identities of the victims have not been released.At least one person has suffered serious injuries and was being airlifted to a hospital, according to officials.The semi-truck was slowing down because the driver was worried about clearance issues at the time of the crash, according to authorities.
