Greeley, CO : A 46-year-old Loveland man was the sole victim in a single-vehicle crash on Friday, June 23, 2017

A 46-year-old Loveland man was the sole victim in a single-vehicle crash Friday night near Kersey.

Colorado State Patrol Trooper Gabe Easton said Saturday the man was the sole occupant of an International tractor-trailer that rolled into an irrigation ditch near Weld County roads 53 and 60.5, which is about 3 miles north of Kersey. Traffic was shut down in the area for three hours.

He said it is unknown at this time whether the man died from the water or the crash.

There were no other vehicles involved, Easton said. The man was not identified Saturday.
