SANTA ROSA, NM : A crash that killed four people on Wednesday, August 16, 2017

Westbound 1-40 near Santa Rosa remains closed after a crash that killed four people Wednesday night.

State Police say an RV was traveling eastbound, had a tire blowout, and crossed the median into oncoming traffic. It collided with other cars.

Traffic is being diverted to U.S. 54.
