Laddonia, MO : Perry woman injured in a two-vehicle crash in Audrain County on Thursday morning, August 4, 2016

A Perry woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash Thursday morning in Audrain County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 2001 Dodge 3500 pickup driven by Eric S. Fingers, 35, of Wellsville, was traveling north on Mo. 19 and a 2008 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Linda L. Burkhead, 56, of Perry, was traveling south on U.S. 54/Mo. 19. The patrol said Fingers failed to see the Equinox and made a left turn in front of it, striking it in the passenger side. The crash occured at 6:35 a.m.

Burkhead was taken by ambulance to SSM St. Mary's Hospital in Mexico, Mo., with minor injuries.

The patrol said both drivers were wearing seat belts.
