NAPLES, FL : 21-year-old arrested for DUI manslaughter after deadly Naples crash on Thursday, 15th October, 2020

A woman was arrested and charged with DUI manslaughter after a deadly crash in August.

Madelyn Restivo, 21, was arrested Thursday after an investigation into the deadly crash on I-75 near Golden Gate Parkway, according to Florida Highway Patrol.Restivo crashed a Mazda into the back of a semi-truck killing her front-seat passenger and seriously injuring another passenger in the car. The passenger was announced dead at the hospital, Restivo and the other passenger were treated for their injuries.
