PHOENIX, AZ : 3 motorcyclists injured in hit-and-run near downtown Phoenix tunnel on Friday, 16th February 2024

Troopers are searching for a hit-and-run driver after a crash left three motorcyclists hurt late Friday night near downtown Phoenix.

Troopers say the crash happened at 11:30 p.m. on I-10 inside the Deck Park Tunnel. As firefighters arrived at the scene, they found a motorcycle on its side and two people not moving on the ground. Two women and a man were hospitalized, but the extent of their injuries is unknown.

DPS says the suspect’s vehicle is described as a white sedan, but didn’t provide a make or model. The road was closed through the night but reopened early Saturday morning.
