Naples, FL :Two men killed in Friday morning crash on I-75 on Friday, July 10th 2015

Two South Florida men were killed in a crash on I-75 in Naples Friday morning.Driver Javier Alvarez, 39, of Hialeah, and his passenger 32-year-old Luis Fernando Lozada died when Alvarez failed to notice the car in front of him slowed down.Alvarez's vehicle, a box truck, struck a semi near mile marker 96, according to a Florida Highway Patrol.The semi's driver indicated to troopers that he felt the collision and brought his truck to a stop.The semi's driver was not hurt in the crash.The northbound lanes of I-75 were closed for 4.5 hours, reopening at 11:30 a.m.The crash remains under investigation.
