Manhattan, KS : An unidentified woman died in a two-vehicle crash on Saturday, July 1, 2017

An unidentified woman died in a two-vehicle crash on Saturday in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department.

Police spokesman Alexander Robinson said a helicopter flew the 53-year-old woman from the scene of the accident to Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka 53-year-old. She later died of injuries sustained in the crash.

Robinson said he expected to have more information on the crash, which shut down Tuttle Creek Boulevard and Seth Child road for about two hours, on Saturday.
